RoHS Declaration of Conformity
We hereby declare that our products are compliant to the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) of the European Parliament and the Council from June 8th 2011 on restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic applications.
Chemie-Technik GmbH herewith declares that its products do not contain any of the substances listed below.

SVHC Declaration of Conformity
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has published the first candidate list of „substances of very high concern” (SVHC). The candidate list will be constantly expanded and updated. According to Art. 33 of the REACH Regulation manufacturers and suppliers of articles must inform their customers if a substance of the current candidate list is contained in the product in a concentration exceeding 0.1 percent by mass.
The last update of the list was on January 23rd 2024. The current list includes 240 substances (echa.europa.eu).
Based on the information provided by our suppliers we can assure that our products do not contain any substance of the current candidate list in a concentration greater than 0.1 percent by mass.
