Food safety for daily use
ELKALUB FLC 9025 has a particularly high PTFE content and is H1 registered
To the productThe new PTFE reference for H1 oil sprays: ELKALUB FLC 9025 has a particularly high PTFE content and is H1 registered.
Just in time for this year's ANUGA FOOD TEC, Chemie-Technik GmbH of Vöhringen / Baden-Württemberg is adding even more to its extensive range of H1 lubricants. With the spray FLC 9025, the H1 specialists are presenting a PTFE oil spray for the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as for manufacturers of corresponding packaging for the first time. According to the company, the spray FLC 9025 is characterized by an exceptionally high proportion of the active ingredient PTFE of approx. 4 percent in the lubricating film.
PTFE – commonly referred to as Teflon – is a white, non-toxic solid which improves smooth running and wear resistance of lubricants and provides emergency running properties in critical friction conditions.
Dr Stefan Schlomski, Head of Technical Sales Germany, reports on the development: "We have analysed the competitors' products in the lab and – in line with our philosophy – developed an alternative that we are sure features outstanding quality. With a high proportion of expensive PTFE, we have made our spray particularly efficient. Our customers can use FLC 9025 very economically and thereby minimize the risk of lubricant being carried over onto the sensitive production goods. This is food safety for daily use."

Optimum sliding lubrication in a large temperature range
The high PTFE content makes the FLC 9025 perfect for all sliding lubrication tasks such as guides, joints, shafts and bushings. The formulation is based on a fully synthetic polyalphaolefin oil and can therefore be used in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 160 °C. According to current standards, the product is considered MOSH-free and thus meets further requirements of the food industry. "It really is the perfect universal spray for every food processing company", says Stefan Schlomski.
The spray is available in the modern 400 ml can with plate spray head. This reduces the amount of plastic as its closure cap is reduced to the necessary minimum and at the same time allows a precise, clean application without dripping.
