Baking is food processing - and therefore requires special care in the selection of production equipment. The ELKALUB product range includes NSF H1-registered lubricants for small to large bakeries as well as corresponding lubricants for machine manufacturers in the field of baking technology.
We have developed the NSF H1-registered high-temperature lubricating greases, oils and sprays from ELKALUB especially for the high temperatures during baking. They guarantee long service lives and thus ensure smooth production processes. For example, our ELKALUB LFC 42220 HT is used as a special product for conveyor chains in continuous, tunnel and stack baking ovens. Without residues and coking, this high-temperature chain oil reliably keeps conveyor chains optimally lubricated up to 220°C.
Lubricating oils
Automated lubrication systems enable low-maintenance lubrication of gears and chains. Smaller chains, joints, sliding elements as well as bearings can be lubricated manually with sprays.

High load greases
